Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies that align with Amazon’s brand ethos and business objectives.
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve measurable ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, Customer Service, and Content Marketing to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep Amazon at the forefront of social media marketing.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Present regular reports on social media performance and actionable insights derived from data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a brand-focused or e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also being a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
